Things Can Change Quickly
Ever feel like you've been stuck in a certain pattern of thought, behavior, or emotion forever? When you're stuck in something, like procrastination, or never having enough money or being single, the way out can feel elusive and then we go into trying to figure out all of the "how's". Like how am i going to meet someone normal? How am I going to make a crap load of money? How am I going to become a more productive person? Or it goes into shame, like "what's wrong with me?", "why can't I get my shit together?" " I suck".
The thing is, that we can't figure out the how's with our minds. We cannot get unstuck when we feel badly. Period. Trust me, I've tried and I'm sure you have too! We can only get unstuck when there is enough positive momentum-hopeful thoughts, bettter feelings, and a more relaxed attitude about whatever problem we're facing. Paradoxically we need to stop focusing on the problem in order for a solution to find us. But, once we feel better, boy things can change quickly for the better!! Sometimes it just takes a new way of thinking about something or a reminder from someone that we can overcome what ever it is that's making us feel crappy. The trick is that we have to be feeling good enough to allow that new shift in. Can you let the belief in that things can change quickly for the better?If you can't-no worries, but see if a situation pops up in your mind in which things changed on a dime. If it happened then, it can happen again!

Before you start tapping, tune in to the energy and feelings of your stuck place. You can replace my words with your own and the more specific you can be with your own feelings, experiences, and thoughts, the more effective the tapping will be. If you want you can rate the level of intensity of how you feel about being stuck or the problem you're having on a scale of 1-10 (1 being lowest).
Now think about the stuck place for a brief moment and rate the level of instensity. If the number went down, awesome! If it went up, no worries, it just means you are all bunged up about this but keep tapping on whatever is coming up even if it is a different aspect of the same problem until you feel some relief. Remember that any relief is awesome and should be celebrated and appreciated-that will bring more relief ! If you want to get some extra juice out of this tapping and post, write your story of how you overcame this problem, how quickly it happened and how easy and fun it was! Write it in the past tense as if it has already come true!
